TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for Muscle Cars USA, Inc.

Thank you for logging onto the Muscle Cars USA, Inc. website. We hope you find everything you are looking for. If you don’t, please don’t hesitate to call us. Following are the terms and conditions of sale.

ORDERING
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours provided that the part is in stock; please allow additional time for wheels and tires. If additional time is required due to a back order or other circumstance, your salesperson will inform you of the shipping status. If your salesperson does not provide that information at time of ordering, please ask.

WARRANTIES
Muscle Cars USA, Inc. honors all manufacturers’ warranties. Some manufacturers require that the part be returned directly to them. The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges. This may be different in your state, please inquire with your state laws.

PAYMENT
Muscle Cars USA accepts MC, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, or Personal Checks. International orders need to be paid by PayPal. (Log onto www.PayPal.com, follow their instructions, use sales@musclecarsusa.com for the e-mail address). All checks require 3-7 days on average to clear before the order can be processed. Do not send cash.

CUSTOM BUILT WHEELS
Custom built wheels are those wheels that are made to order. These wheels are expressly built for the purchaser due to unique offsets or other custom specifications. These wheels are not returnable and require a payment in full before the order can be processed.

WHEELS
Upon receipt of your wheels, please check the fit and back spacing of your wheels before mounting tires. Non special order wheels may only be returned if in new condition and a tire has not been mounted on them. Wheels will be inspected upon return before credit will be issued. CUSTOM BUILT WHEELS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE. Some wheels, including Magneato and Junk Yard Dog wheels, require a thin wall socket for the lug nuts. A special Tuner Lug Nut is available at an extra charge which is thinner than standard lug nuts.

TIRES
Please check for proper clearance of tires before driving on them. Tires must be in new condition and not driven on and all tags must be unblemished to be eligible for return. Tires will be inspected upon return before credit will be issued.

LUG NUTS
Tighten lug nuts to manufacturer’s recommended specifications. Retighten them after 5 miles of driving and check them periodically for proper tightness.

CHECKS
All checks must clear our bank before an order will be processed or shipped. This process typically requires 3-7 business days after we receive the check. This includes, but is not limited to, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Bank Checks, Traveler’s Checks, Certified Checks, etc.

RETURNS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Returns of non special order products must be made no later than 30 days after the invoice date and must be in new condition. Returns must be in original package and include all hardware and literature. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer, please check with the manufacturer of your product for warranty policies. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Any returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused. Products deemed defective will only be repaired or replaced by the same item within the warranty period. Defective products are not returnable for refund.
Custom ordered wheels and electronic parts are not returnable unless defective.

FREIGHT DAMAGE
Every product is inspected before it leaves Muscle Cars USA, Inc. for good condition. Your package has Package Protection insurance on it. If there is damage to your product, contact the shipper immediately to submit a claim. Each freight company’s freight damage policies are different, please contact them for their individual policy, terms and conditions. Muscle Cars USA will assist you in your freight claim but Muscle Cars USA is not responsible for freight damage. Have your shipping number ready when calling.

SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT
In the instance where a product needs to be returned to Muscle Cars USA, Inc. due to a wrong part shipped, Muscle Cars USA, Inc. is only responsible for normal ground shipping rates. Muscle Cars USA, Inc. will not be responsible for express delivery charges. Defective items will only receive shipping re-imbursement within 15 days of receipt of the defective item by the customer. All other defective items must be sent by prepaid shipping and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to have Package Protection on your return. Muscle Cars USA, Inc. is not responsible for damaged or lost items.

MISSING PARTS
In the unlikely event your order has missing or incorrect parts, they must be reported within 3 working days of receipt for adjustment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because of variances in vehicles due to wear, accidents and modifications, all wheel and tire fitment recommendations made by Muscle Cars USA, Inc. are based on prior experience and the information provided by the purchaser and are “recommendations only”. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to assure that wheels and tires fit properly. Muscle Cars USA, Inc. will not accept for return any wheels which have been mounted or tires that have been driven on. There are no exceptions to this rule.
